Highly Recommend Dr. Grimaldi Dr. Grimaldi is an exceptional physician. He took the time to truly listen to my concerns and approached my treatment with professionalism, compassion, and expertise. Thanks to his care, my condition has significantly improved. He’s knowledgeable, approachable, and easy to talk to. I’m grateful for the outstanding care I’ve received and highly recommend him without hesitation.
The receptionist sounds uneducated, unprofessional, and unfit to be handling medical records. When contacted regarding a patient’s health, she responded with dismissive phrases such as “mhmm, ok,” offering no further information or assistance regarding a sensitive situation. This experience is deeply concerning, especially given the office’s prior history of medical record data leaks.
Never in my life will I be taking my husband back to this Dr. Grimaldi. I could hear the Dr. outside the patient room making fun of my husband and other patients. It was not funny. Dr. Grimaldi thinks we can’t hear him talking to his MA and mentioning his patients by name and making fun of the patients. But the joke is on him his walls in his office are so thin we heard everything. Bad Experience!!!!! HIPAA Violator.
The wait time here is disappointing, I had appointment at 1 pm but until 2 pm haven’t seen the doctor yet. Lots of patient in lobby was waiting uncomfortably. Staffs didn’t care at all. If you have a choice, don’t choose this doctor.
