I had a phone appt 2 weeks ago at 1:00, he cancelled at 4:50 after waiting for him. Today was at 1:00 appt, he called at 1:50 and asked what can he do for me, like he was not even prepped by his staff about what the appt was about. I am seeking other urologists. I've seen bad reviews about his practice and staff as well.
