I hired John for an excessive amount to stand in on a phone call. All of the necessary documentation was completed and filed. All he had to do was talk for probably 15 minutes or less. He first asked for $3,000 to do this. After negotiating we agreed to $1,000 flat rate for the phone call only. The other party didn’t confirm and the hearing never happened.
