Dr. Cooper has been my dentist since I was young. He's been great and his hygienist Brenda has been with him a long time. If you want an appointment at a popular time you will not be able to quickly get in, but that's okay. He's good and I'd recommend him to friends in the area!
I recently moved to Lancaster and hadn't found a new dentist. On Sunday night my previously fixed front tooth broke. On Monday afternoon I called Dr. Cooper's office trying to get an appt to get my tooth fixed. 1. The receptionist was extremely helpful and got me an appt for the very next day! 2. The staff was professional and courteous. 3. My tooth looks fantastic and it only took 40 minutes! I'm very pleased with the work Dr. Cooper and his assistant did!
Dr Cooper does good work and the staff is friendly, but the office itself leaves much to be desired. Almost impossible to get in contact as they use an answering service (in 2020!) who can’t or won’t take messages. Staff often leaves early meaning you can’t call during office hours and expect an answer. Last straw was going in to pay a bill and waiting 20 minutes at the desk, with no staff in sight. If you value your time, go elsewhere, because they don’t value your time here.
