We book a load from junction city original pick date/time 12/19/25 3pm delivery to Cedar city UT 12/22/25 9am , driver picked on time, but when he got to the receiver he's was told that the delivery is on the 12/23/25, i try to get this fixed with the "TY" the brokers name , and he dint fix the issue, im very disappointed of this team , they are a liers they all are on The same page, rhey dont respond, and we lost aoad back to Oregon bicause of them, I will never book with this company ever again. Very good company Nice people to talk Offering good loads every week have been doing couple lanes for last 6months they doing a great job, keep it up!!! Andrew and Andy they are the best in the team!!!

JTS Services are amazing! Customer Service, especially David Stastny. His support goes up and beyond because he simply cares 1000%. I highly recommend JTS and their rates are affordable, they're on time when they say they'll deliver and it's a joy to work with them.
