My company was put in their "do not load" list because we called in BAD WEATHER AHEAD OF TIME. We booked this load on 12/5/24 for 12/6/24 but weather in the upstate NY area got severe so i had my dispatch call them to let them know we would have major delays BECAUSE OF UNPREDICTABLE WEATHER THAT HAD NOT BEEN FORECASTED. Fastest pay, 24 hours customer service. i am working with JTS from like 7 years. They are doing awesome jobs everytime and they always help you like a family. i highly recommend this company.
Low end company , there is a guy Dustin plays games like a little kid. They pay the bills but low quality people. You book loads end by the time you get there the load gets sold out for cheaper price and you get the cancellation explanation. Stay away.
