Amy was really great. She had a firm but gentle touch and knew what she was doing. She is an excellent technician. Don't let her leave. 😊
I was disappointed that the new office lady didn't inform me that I wouldn't be seeing Dr. Johansen and give me the option to switch it. She seemed like I was taking her away from something else. I was not important. I have known for awhile that I needed a bridge on 1 of my teeth, the new Dr. wanted to change which tooth that was gonna get the bridge. I thought that was strange. I really like Dr.Johansen. I am not impressed with the staff changes or lack of communication.
Every visit has been great over 10 years. The new dr addition and longer hours help out alot.
Cassidy did an awesome job on my cleaning, gentle yet thorough! Dr Linesh manner made me fee at ease.
