I've been here several times and the service is always the best, clean , friendly and attentive staff. However this Friday I tried to give myself a pixie cut and it was a total disaster! I came to the shop first thing in the morning and Noelli saved me ! She did a fantastic job with the cutting and styling . Look no further than this salon for great service !
I’ve never felt so mistreated by a business in my life. This salon made me feel like they genuinely hated having me there. The service was beyond rude, they kept changing the prices depending on what they assumed about me, and by the end my hair is now completely damaged to the point it looks like I got a botched perm. On top of that, when I came out of the wash, my hair was smoking. Both my friend and I walked out with burns on our scalps from how harshly they were frying our hair. Johanny is one of the best, one of my go to spots. So accommodating and love my hair each time
To say I had a great experience would be an understatement. As soon as I got there Johanny and her husband helped me pick out the perfect color that I was looking for and she got it perfectly!! I was nervous at first since I had 4c hair and have had some bad experiences in the past from other salons but this one was completely different. My hair felt super soft after and my coils are still intact. I will 100% be coming back everyone was kind and patient from start to finish!
