Huh, just like one has their preferred Dr. or Dentist. I have Mike, the owner of Johann's Independent as my chosen mechanic. I met Mike over 10 years ago and he's been my mechanic since then. Without their honesty and fairness I can honestly say there is no way I could afford to drive a Benz, let alone top Benz's. I highly recommend dealing with Mike at Johann's. I took an 1983 Mercedes 240D to have them do a pre-sale inspection on a car that I was considering purchasing. Mike was nothing but helpful in not only inspecting the car inside and out for potentiel problems. He then took time to help me create a list and explained to me all of the potential costs I could be facing as well as noting the things that I would want to fix right away.
