I tried to use them when my dad passed. I got consultations easy but then no contact for weeks. The man essentially ghosted and didn’t return my call or texts anymore. Called and asked if the person I originally spoke to still worked there (thought maybe he quit and so maybe my case needed to be transferred or something ). I called twice. The lady answered (had a foreign accent) and I started talking, she transfered the call mid me speaking, someone answered and they said hello and hung up while i was speaking. I called back they answered and immediately transfered the call and it was answered and without a word hung up immediately.
