Customer service at this facility is horrible also w/ a lack of communication. I've tried to call and make payments several times within two months and no feed back. Also issues w/ the bus driver "Verbally Abusing" my child and there was no consequences what so ever. I could've at least gotten a phone call w/ an apology. George the bus monitor is not very kid friendly and needs a different job especially while dealing w/ disabled children. I've had it with this company!
When I call to make a payment every month it’s always “our phones are ringing off the hook call back”. This morning I called to make a payment letting them know I work in an hour I cannot call back and she hung up on me. The staff is extremely rude and the customer service is poor!
RecommendedThank you Stephanie for donating the bus for the Figge French Modern Luncheon at Hauberg Estate. The bus was very comfortable and the driver was so helpful in making sure everyone got on and off the bus carefully and right on time too!
Poorest customer service ever, by the owners, too much favoritism. Not everyone is treated equally. They need some competition, it would diminish their feelings of entitlement.
I've worked with Johannes Bus Service both personally and professionally. I've always had great experiences in the quick turn around of quotes, the follow up, & the customer service. One of the most affordable in our area, too! Lora & Stephanie are great to work with & I'd highly recommend them.
Update: New year & different drivers. Pickups are on time or early & drop off is quite late but predictable. I'm beyond impressed with the changes after my child's IEP. Working together with the school & myself, my Child can safely ride home with his qunic condition. The drivers & helpers have gotten use to the routine & understand the condition.
