Overall I had a great experience and got exactly what I asked for which was a blowout and trim. It is a lot of heat, but my hair looks amazing, soft and with a lot of body. It took about 4hrs but I expected that with it being Saturday but it was definitely worth the wait and I will be returning.
My first time experience was awesome and happy to go back and get my hair done with Johanna.
Johanna did my hair. I was so impressed I got a hair cut and blow out. My hair felt super soft afterwards. I recommend coming to this salon!

Overall it was an okay experience. I read some reviews while there...I will suggest to hairstylists there to make sure YOU as a hairstylist know what your customer wants before touching their hair. Lastly, too much heat hair dryer, then blow dryer, pressing iron and then curling iron.... that's a recipe for damaged hair over time if not properly prepped and maintained.
