JTE is a wonderful event company that provided floral arrangements for my wedding reception and ceremony, linens, charger plates, seating and more for my wedding day. I was absolutely in awe when the doors to my reception room opened! JTE did a great job helping my wedding reception vision come to life. I am also thankful for Savanna Gray from JTE, who helped me plan and organize everything I needed for the big day. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with using JTE for my wedding day.

We ordered flower for our daughter's birthday. The flowers were not delivered and their only reply was to refund. A missed birthday! That is very poor customer service. In addition the telephone has long hold time. This should be a hint to shop some place else!
