Dr Picard is great but the office decorum is severely lacking. If I were her, I’d look for a new practice or transfer to the Hoboken office. The behavior of front desk staff is loud, and unprofessional. Also, as per my pic, why are urine samples left in the bathroom? That’s gross and doesn’t seem sanitary. Ever heard of giving the patient a lid and returning samples to the nurses station? I felt like I was in a free clinic at this place in Bayonne. Great visit overall- she makes you feel very comfortable
I was extremely pleased with the promptness in checking in and then by the doctor’s knowledge and bedside manners - Dr Picard made me feel heard and I left with a very positive attitude.
Great doctor and office staff. Everyone was very nice.
The experience with the doctor was 5 stars The wait of over one hour was 1 star. Scheduling is horrible!
