I went to the DentalWorks location in Huntersville and had a few bad signs at the beginning. I had an 8:15 am appt but the staff were too busy discussing their weekend folley's to notice that I was there. After the initial counselation with the inexperienced dentist, I went to the business office. The business person name Nikki is like a used car salesman. when I came to this dentist at a bussiness called Dental Works I had the worst experience ever. First he has little or no experience. Then I had to go back 3 times just to get a filling on one tooth right. And last but not least he was rough with me. What dentist do you know that put novicaine on the are he's is working on (now that's ok) but then takes his finger and pushes on that area and then rub in with his finger again. I had to literaly take his arm and move it off of me because I felt so uncomfortable. 0
