Unpleasant and uncomfortable initial interaction going in. we were rushed, interrupted when we were trying to convey what was going on, and felt like we couldn’t fully get our message across. When people come in to an ER setting, they’re more than likely nervous, anxious, worried, in need of assistance, so it would be nice to feel some level of comfort/reassurance/ safety from the doctor who is in charge of your case.
