I don't know much about the staff, but Dr. Jogani is an excellent physician. He was the only one who could perform colonoscopy on me because I have a twisted colon. I recommend him highly!
I have had 2 procedures performed by Dr. Jogani and I had no issues whatsoever. I do think his offices are a little tired and could use some upgrading but I have no complaints as to the services he performed plus the outpatient facilities where he performed them were excellent. One facility's reception area felt as if you were checking into a nice hotel rather than an out patient surgery center. He is well respected in the medical community and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
Staff and the Doctor itself is unprofessional.
Postpone appointments for colonoscopy 3 times. On the day scheduled for colonoscopy the office didn't sent the paper to the hospital. I was prepared. The hospital couldn't find,an anesthologist proposed procedure without. I refused.. I call Dr. office. The manager told me that I was re schedule for next week. No apologies. I changed my gastroenterology doctor.
If you need to get a better treatment, look for elsewhere. please stay out this Dr. office. I couldn't get a chance to see Dr. Jogani because his staffs made me turn away. Staffs were rude and unprofessional.
Blatantly lied to me on three occasions in one visit. Staff borrowed one of my documents and lost it within a half hour.
