I work construction and this has put stress on my body through the years. I was in pain in my shoulder and lower back, after using the services here, chiropractic and massage my body has seen a great (almost magical, dare i say) change in how it feels and function. I will occasionally injure my back or shoulders doing something dumb, after schedule for an injury session like magic the pain is gone. i highly recommend this place to anyone from just wanting a massage to relieving pain, old or young.
Had never had a massage before I went to Jo. I was worried about “my fat”. She made me feel so at ease and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.
Hands down, the best massage I have ever had. I only wish I were closer so I could go more frequently. Jo has spoiled me. I'll never go anywhere else. Her yoga classes are amazing and affordable. Dayton is lucky to have her!

I have been able to have both a massage from Jo, yoga with Jo, and a Chiropractic visit. All of it was amazing. Outside of Shiatsu from Ehud this is the best massage I've received. Jo really understands and can make recommendations about the body and what will be good for it. I've been going to Jo for more than 15 years for massage. She's helped me recover from back pain and several surgeries, as well as the rigor of training for 6 half marathons. She's incredibly talented and knowledgeable - and has attracted other fabulous practitioners into her new space. Highly recommend!
