We love Joey's! We've ordered from a couple of similar independent pizza places in SR and we're favoring one of them until we tried Joey's. They blow everyone else away. Pizza is incredible. So much so that I picked one up and took it all the way to a friend's house way out on highway 12 and, even with a predictable compromise on crispiness and warmth, we scarfed it down as is. Customer service is top notch. This is like our 5th order and they keep proving their value. Eat. At. Joey's. You won't be sorry.
Some of the best gluten free pizza around. Make sure to call ahead to see if they have dough, but it is made in house and delicious. Toppings are also high quality.
Stopped by on Valentine’s Day for a quick and easy lunch with my wife and were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches, including candles, rose petals on the table, balloons, and even a complimentary rose to take with us. The pizza was tasty, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and parking was easy. One small note for improvement. On a chilly day, keeping the door closed would make the space more comfortable, and the bathroom could use closer attention, as there were no paper towels available. Ordered delivery for a later time for 10:15 pm since I get home at 9:30 pm from work. Pizza and wings were delivered at 8pm. Roommate sent me a text to let me know. I called the restaurant to tell them that my order was delivered 2 hours early and the person on the phone told me they’ll remake the order and get it delivered at 10:15 pm. Nobody came.
