Choosing this company was the biggest mistake we made. We had a almost brand new mattress that they completely destroyed due to negligence, and refuse to reimburse us more than $54. When we started the move, we didn't feel the need to sign up for upgraded insurance. We were only using them for a few pieces of furniture and only moving 2 miles away. Apparently this gives them an open invitation to do what they want with your furniture because they don't need to pay. The movers had difficulty getting our mattress up the stairs... read more
Excellent! I needed an extremely large piece of glass/dining room table moved with a very awkward sculptural base this morning, and they did it with no incident! Great price and will use again for future things! Thanks!!

Poor planning, not enough furniture protection, did not send check for damages that they agreed to pay. I hired Joeys Movers and Trucking, Inc. In Skokie, Illinois for two days. Day 1 was to pack and protect items. Day 2 was the move. On Day 1 I specifically asked them to bubble wrap or somehow protect all pictures on the walls. The guy in charge said he did not have supplies with him and that the Day 2 movers would handle it.
