My husband and I bought my engagement ring and wedding band from them back in 2017-2018 and had such a lovely experience. About few weeks ago I dropped off my ring and my husbands necklace to be fix and today my husband went to pick it up and tears came into my eyes, the lady that helped me knew how important my red ruby ring is to me, I have this ring since I was 8 years old!! And they went above and beyond to bring back the same ring!! I had this ring through majority of my life events!! I can’t thank enough. I am beyond satisfied
The owner was very rude, I think he is on medication, very difficult to get any straight answers, go to a real jewelry store instead of bartering would be my recommendation. Nasser Jewelers is right down the street. Worth a visit though, you may find something interesting, I just could not deal with that man.
