I found this company through Groupon but decided to book with them directly by calling. My appt was set between 1PM-2PM the next day. The day of the appointment the technician was running behind because he was working on another car. At 2:39 i was notified that the technician was on the way. At 4:15 I got a call asking me if i decided to cancel my appointment even though the technician hadn’t shown up to the designated meeting place. This place is terrible with their customer service and professionalism. I booked through Groupon and called them to schedule. They said groupon customers have a longer wait time but I could cancel my coupon and book directly with them at the same price, to get a sooner date. Since I was traveling for the next two weeks, I said I was ok waiting and he gave me an appointment in 2 weeks.
