I brought my BMW X3 to change the both front Thrust Arms. The BMW Service Center wanted to charge me around $4000. This shop changed them with OEM German parts which cost me about $1000. I highly recommend this auto repair shop.

Arrived at 9:28 AM with only one customer ahead of me for an alignment. The front desk told me it would be about a 10–15 minute wait. Shortly after, another customer came in for an oil change and they took him before me. I honestly don’t understand why businesses keep treating customers this way, especially new customers. This was my first time coming to this place, and unfortunately it will also be my last. I would never take my car back to Joey's. We've had so many problems with them. They also broke something and didn't tell me. While they did fix my AC, I've had to take my car back every time.
