Joey Ridgle's has the best customer service and know how to run a business. The girls in the office always have a good attitude and are ready to help. The technicians know what they are doing and can diagnose and fix the problem in record time. I have never dealt with a company with people so nice and who can get the job done. I will be using them again! 10/10 recommend!

From the very first call for consultation all the way through installation and beyond they have been nothing short of Fabulous!! Ms. Cindy helping to set everything up, Mark calling about things that needed to be done before install and Joey, himself coming out after the install when I called on the weekend with a question. Joey even called me about a week later to make sure that everything was still going good. There is no one else that we would recommend for septic installation or service!!

This company believes it is OK to contact a customer on Christmas Eve about their septic service. They insist on coming out when it is convenient for THEM, not the customer. Poor customer service. Will not use them again.

In honor of your request to be called the day before inspection of the septic system, a call to confirm was placed on Christmas Eve. The inspection was due the day after Christmas Day.
