They got our food order wrong several times during one visit. But the final thing that happened that made us leave & not return is the fact that the hotdog came out cold. When I told the waiter, she said she would get one made fresh & new fries. So we sat the food aside because she insisted that we keep it so my kid could eat his fries. Great pizza. Love the sausage! Owners are great
We had heard some good things about this pizza restaurant and wanted to try it. We ordered an 18 inch pizza with my husband, choosing his toppings on one side and mine on the other. We both ordered extra cheese and he ordered ham on his side. When it arrived, my husband had zero ham and I had no extra cheese. The waitress was so hurried, She barely had time to bring us our tab or our box for our leftovers. The only cool thing about it was they had robots serving the food.
Walked out of this place after ordering. I ordered a pizza and a salad. The salad came out with in 10 minutes. We sat and waited for our pizza for over an hour. I finally went and asked where the pizza was and they lost the ticket. Waited for 20 more minutes for the pizza to come out WRONG. Sent it back and waited 15 more minutes for the pizza to finally come out. Not to mention we had to clean our table ourselves upon sitting down. Would not come back.
We have tried to give this place numerous chances over the last two years when we visit sunset beach and we are officially done giving it chances. Food is never ready on time for pick up. This most recent time we ordered food at 648pm and we chose asap for it to be ready and the time they gave was 8:03, which is fine except food was not ready at 8:03. They are overwhelmed. My best recommendation is to not accept more orders than can be handled within the capacity of your staff.
