Dr. Joey Arencibia at Southeast Eye Group is an excellent patient & kind Doctor. I had a medical emergency a few months ago & called him on his birthday on a Sunday. He dropped everything to see me & opened the office for an examination. It ended up being a corneal ulcer because I slept in my contacts. He prescribed me some steroids & directions & it cleared up in around a week. He followed up with me & I made a couple more visits. He's a great guy, very knowledgeable & has helpful staff. Went for eye exam , had glasses made , (expensive glass lenses). ( I do close work ) lenses Were not made correctly ? they re-made , (still did not focus )? , was told they were correct ? They ,could refund purchase ,after 5 trips ? In the past I ordered (on line) with script provided from exam ? Like 6 pair in 15 years ? Never had a un- usable or out of focus issue.
