These guys know what they're talking about. They'll give you advice to save money, and no upsells like the dealership. Their prices are reasonable, if something is expensive, they'll let you know why, and whether a cheaper option is avaliable or unsafe
Honest. Windshield fluid sprayer died in winter - I thought the motor was gone, but it was just a fuse.
This was my first experience dealing with Joe's and I was blown away by their helpfulness, honesty, and integrity! I had a pile of engine codes, they could have easily charged me to do the work, but they let me know it was covered by my extended emissions warranty. Everything else was handled quickly and honestly, I was expecting a MUCH higher bill than I received. Before now, I didn't have a mechanic I trusted, so I did all my own work on the car. My son’s SUV broke down across the street from them. Got the vehicle there and asked if they could somehow make it a priority. My son was in the throws of getting ready for his wedding less than a week away. The boys got right on it and had it back to us the very next day! Now that’s service! Highly recommended 👍👍
