I brought my car in for an alternator issue and a transmission oil change. After getting my car back, I noticed four unexpected problems: 1. The covers on the positive and negative battery terminals were missing. 2. The undercarriage cover was broken at two points near the bolts, and four out of eight bolts were stripped. Joe is an honest and helpful guy. Would recommend him to anyone, especially Mercedes related vehicles. He diagnosed my vehicle and pointed me in the right direction to repair my vehicle. He didn’t complete repairs himself as they were all recall related issues. But nevertheless he never charged me and overall provided great advice and information for his time. Highly recommend!
