I took a Mercury Mountaineer to Joe's because the transmission was completely shot. After taking longer than what was told and paying a few hundred more than was quoted, I left with it not much better then it was when I took it in but at least it drove but barely shifted. Wont go over 65 mph. It was nowhere near fixed like I was assured it was...
always exclent service. I never have a worry that what ever the issue is, it'll be fixed right the first time, and at a fair price!
Tony and the boys put a motor in my Cadillac and it runs like a bat out of st. Louis.
We are travelling with our horses through Indiana staying at Cuttin'Up Stables when our truck breaks down. It is a Friday and Ross has already closed for the day. Bring it in on Monday and within hrs Ross and guys have it fixed. Amazing smart and talented these guys are. Thank you soooooo much ����

My son was on his way back from Illinois to Virginia after my fathers funeral. I stayed behind to finish up business when I got a call from my son that the transmission had gone out on the Suburban. Lucky he found Joe's a short distance away. They did a great job and replaced the trans and transfer case. I drove back yesterday and picked it up. Great job, great price and great people. Thanks!

Thank you for going above and beyond to take care of our mother's car. After the transmission failed on the freeway, we were sure our vacation was ruined. The deputy and the tow driver who referred you to us was absolutely right-great job! How in the world you got it replaced in the time frame is beyond me. Mom is happy (and if Momma ain't happy, as they say, ain't NOBODY happy). So, bless you for the great work, and keeping us on track to enjoy the rest of our trip.
