What an amazing store. Their sales people are knowledgeable and patient. They have an amazing selection of trains, planes and automobiles. I have purchased several Mikes Train House engines and vintage Lionel sets. It is always fun to go in and just talk with everyone. I always find a car or scenery piece to take home

We've been customers for ten years; won't return. After spending over a thousand dollars on full sets, accessories and decor during the past five years, I attempted to return an unopened box car that I had pruchased three days earlier. The new owner specified "store credit". When I objected, telling him we had spent a great deal in his store and wanted the credit card I had used re-credited, he kept me waiting, slowly opening and closing the container, rebutting my statement that we had not opened the box. Any parent of a train fanatic will love this place! Train tables, toys, puzzles, books, dress-up clothes, crafts, and the "real" train display will keep them smiling. VERY clean and super-nice staff!

I took my son here for "Family Friday" For $10 (adults are free), you get three hours to play, pizza, and drinks. They have thomas wooden railway tables with a large selection of trains. They have a huge model train set with about a million sounds and lights to make you crazy, but the kids love it. There is a coloring table, dress up station, plus puzzels and smaller floor trains.Basically, any kid could keep busy here. The staff is incredible courteous and very good with the children. I took my son for a "train playdate". He didn't want to leave after the playdate was over. An awesome playdate, something different than your run of the mill playdates. Both little boys and little girls were having a great time. The trains had the kids mesmerized. The new owners, Doug and Paula were both very personable and helpful and knowledgeable . Been going here for years.Great place,Doug the new owner is very fair both buying and selling. Told a guy from work,he took his kids,son wanted a new HO engine. Kid had about 500 choices in the used case. Finally after just about as many questions, made a choice. Had the wrong style couplers so they changed them out for the correct ones,no charge.
