I had some issues with my boat trailer resulting in two blown out tires. I was able to call and quickly schedule an appointment to get in for a full service and inspection. The team over at Joes were friendly, professional and overall knowledgeable about what I needed exactly outside of wheels and tires. Unexpectedly only after just a few days (a much shorter amount of time than they told me) my trailer was done and ready for pick up. To even more of a surprise, my bill was cheaper than quoted. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had as a consumer. Bought a trailer from them last fall for $7000 brand new off the lot. H&H all aluminum trailer. Never ended up using it last year as work got busy, got it out this spring and took my side by side to bundy hill. 20 minutes one way and broke 16 welds on just the top side of the trailer.
