Joes really pulled through for me after hours on a Friday in the middle of a long roadtrip. Highly recommend them they came through for me very quickly and were extremely helpful!
I had them come out to a roadside tire change. I had the spare tire just no jack ! Told them they needed at least a 20 ton jack because the trailer was loaded and couldnt be unloaded ! They brought a 3ton car jack that broke . They didnt even have a socket to fit the lugs on the trailer I told them what size it was before thay came out . Unprofessional is a under statement ! I wasted 2hrs with them just for them to charge me 75 bucks for no help and no receipt and Told me to call another company ! Very very Unprofessional !
Very rude, don't have compassion for people. Won't work with somebody that's trying just not very satisfied with their customer service
Called Joe’s towing to pick up my daughter’s car in Charlotte and bring it back to Rockingham. They did a great job and communication was outstanding. I called 2 other towing services and Joe’s had the best price
