I have been a customer of Joe's for more than 15 years. Recently, I was quoted a price for a car service on the phone more than once, but upon completion, the cost had unexpectedly doubled. I had placed my trust in Joe and his wife; however, I can no longer engage in business with individuals who are not honest. This experience has been quite disappointing.
