I thought their parking lot belonged to Joe Tires. I went in to pick up some groceries, but when I came out, my car was blocked by a chain. Since it was the weekend, I ended up spending the night in my car until Monday, waiting for Joe Tires to open. I certainly didn't expect to fall into a trap like this; I had only stopped by to shop for the first time based on a friend's recommendation.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I came in with a completely flat tire caused by a large screw, expecting proper assistance under my tire protection plan. I understand that staff need to take breaks, and the technician mentioned he was on lunch. However, the situation could have been handled much more professionally. $100 “Other “ charges not explained!!! $59 “Road hazard coverage!” It’s a Tire it has a warranty!!! Called Mgr after posting and was reimbursed the $59. Thank you Jose but the employees need to be transparent. You are the best, went there because you were very transparent over the phone and gave me out the door pricing not sneaky “the tire costs this” we all know that is when extras are added with tax and labor.
I had a nick in the sidewall that I was convinced warranted a replacement. I have an all-wheel drive car so I would have had to replace all four, which would have been expensive and a huge pain. My man walks out, takes one look at it, and says "getting 4 new tires for that? No, you're good, boss." Tire and labor were way overpriced. Girlfriend had a nail in her tire. Got an appointment the next day and they were confused when I arrived. Explained the situation again and then spent 30 minutes haggling when it was a straight forward replacement. They said they couldn’t change tire that day and it’d be ready the next. Showed up and spent 3 hours waiting the next day after they said it’d be done.
