We came down here from New Orleans because we had to evacuate from Hurricane Ida. My father-in-law and I came to Joe's to get new tires for my stepdaughters car. The service was AWESOME. Within 30 minutes we had our new tires on the car and the people were so welcoming and friendly. This is by far the best tire service that I have ever had. If I could give 6 stars I would
RecommendedJoe’s Tire Service always provides excellent service. I was able to drive up this morning and have a tire leak taken care of without having to get out of my car. I held up a notepad telling the workers what problem I was having. They took care of the problem and had me on my way in a very short time.
They stayed open late just for me!
If this is the same ownership as Joe’s Tires in Ruston, then I cannot say enough about this business! Have heard nothing but awesome things about this company so I went in today for a problem with my lawn mower tire. They were unbelievable!!! Every single one of them. Stayed late to accommodate my needs, too! Thank you so much. We desperately needed this in Ruston!
If you want your flat tire changed fast, go to Joe’s Tire. They were closed today so had to go somewhere else. Never again! It took OVER AN HOUR to get the flat fixed. Joe’s Tire Service gets you in and out fast.
