Joe and his crew are absolutely great! They’re affordable, friendly, trustworthy, and genuinely care about their customers. Joe always goes above and beyond to get us the best prices and make things as easy as possible. He has even dropped us off at home and picked us back up when our car needed to be there for most of the day which we really appreciate. I found out that Joe's Tire offer all automobile services. I originally went because of Tire issues. I was so impressed with the cost that I set up an appointment for an oil change. Service was quick, friendly and less than I expected. I definitely will continue getting my car serviced there. Also the waiting room is comfortable,clean and the dog is friendly.
I usually don’t write too many reviews but thought I would leave Joe and his shop one today. I needed rear brakes and tire sensor on my truck . I got in the next day . They discovered a rear seal that had let go when doing the brakes. They called before going ahead so that I knew it would be a longer repair which was appreciated . All the work was done and even though it was more than expected I think I got a price way below what a dealer would charge. Even the gear oil was top of the “RED” synthetic oil . I found a nail in my tire at 4:25 when they close at 5 i called and joe was very happy to help me . Brought my car right here and they fixed it right away. Fantastic service
Joe's is amazing! They took me without an appointment, had two front tires fixed within minutes of my arrival, and for an incredible price. This is a well oiled machine, all the staff were incredibly friendly and I even had the pleasure of meeting Joe himself who is great guy! So happy I found this gem in Cobourg:) Thanks for making my day so easy.
