We hired Joe to put new tint on the front windows of our church. He scraped off the old tint and began to apply the new. We explained that the tint he was applying was not what we requested. He then did not come back to complete the job. When we called, he said he hurt his back and would be back in a week. He came in a week and then left when the first employee arrived to the building.
