I have experienced other pest technicians and I have to say that Tim was by far the BEST service I have EVER experienced! Extremely professional and always goes above and beyond for his clients! A true joy to have in my home whenever I need pest removal services.
Roy does an outstanding job. He is extremely courteous and approachable. The cost of services is really reasonable. He maintains track of service dates and reminds me when our next service is due, which I like. Keep the good work up Roy!
I got my quarterly bug spray, and Joes Termite and Pest Control team kindly exterminated a wasp nest. They are usually pleasant and helpful. When we had a mouse problem a few years back, he came through for us. It is well worth the money to keep my home free of insects and pests! Thanks again guys!!
Great company and people to work with. I called for an appointment, spoke to the manager, and had a member out the next day. We went over my concerns, ID'd some problem areas, and he went to work with treatment and a plan. Having electronic copies of the work and invoices is very convenient, not to mention a very detailed work order with product and chemical info is helpful. Very professional and easy to work with. I'm glad I called!
