A honest repairman! If you're looking for a straight shooter, Joe is your guy! I have been extremely happy with the work he's done for me. Yeah he's hard to get hold of sometimes...he's busy! Go figure? I didn't see a secretary working there! :-) I had a difficult generator carb to fix, with a very difficult manufacturer (they refuse to share schematics, and parts). Did they give up? No, they figured out a way to get it fixed!
I have called three times and still have not had a response. Frustrating.
I work on chainsaws myself but from time to time I am stumped. bill is very knowledgeable and answers my questions like he genuinely wants to help. By the time I leave, I do not remember what day it is (if you have been, you would understand). I rated very good only because the office door is hard to find.
Guys there are awesome. Very knowledgeable in everything I had a question about. Would recommend them to everyone.
Last summer, my son wanted to start a mowing business for pocket money, but our lawn mower was missing its self propel belt. I checked with Home Depot (where we purchased it ony 3 months before), and no luck. They couldn't even find the belt number to order. Sears, Lowe's, and Ace couldn't either.
