Finding a small engine expert is not an easy thing to do. You're either stuck going back to the manufacturer or dealer, or trusting random fly-by-night operations. Joe is definitely not the latter. I actually found him when trying to resurrect a 30-year old snow blower, which was long past its prime. Clean and decisive problem solver. Polite and productive. Joe will take care of you and make sure your old junky mower works and if the first fix doesn't work, Joe won't drop you. He will make it right. We need more business like this.
