When you pick someone randomly on the internet, sometimes you don't know what your going to get. But all the traditional small engine repair shops were 5 weeks out, and we had 10 days. Finding a small engine expert is not an easy thing to do. You're either stuck going back to the manufacturer or dealer, or trusting random fly-by-night operations. Joe is definitely not the latter. I actually found him when trying to resurrect a 30-year old snow blower, which was long past its prime.
