Joe's Service & Repair is an absolute hidden gem here on Norris Lake. Joe and his team are excellent people to work with, fair on price, will actually fix your problems, and will get your boat back to you in a reasonable amount of time unlike almost every other marine repair shop around. Most importantly though Joe is by far the MOST HONEST mechanic around. I highly recommend Joe's Service & Repair to anyone needing repair or service work done.
Memorial Day weekend and our boat wouldn’t start. Called Joe as a first time customer and he came to our dock on Memorial Day and got us fired right up. He is professional knows what he is doing and very considerate. So thankful I now have Joe in my contact list!!
Excellent service!! Actually only shop around that will service older jet ski. Joe serviced my 2003 Kawasaki I will definitely be back after summertime for another service. Very knowledgeable and gave me few tips before took off. Rare meet such great mechanics!
Joe's service has done motor repair for me now a couple times and I am very satisfied. Keep in mind he gets busy during boating season and being close to lake.
