Joe stepped out of his way to make things happen, especially considering it’s the day after Boxing Day. He’s obviously very experienced and he even got a part that is very hard to get for my old furnace that has been discontinued. His rates are fair too. Equally important is his prompt communication which is essential. I will not hesitate to call him again for anything related to plumbing or heating issues.
Was available in less than hour of emergency pipe break. Excellent customer service!
