First trip today. Mediocre at best. Just about everything they offer I can get elsewhere for less. Middle of Saturday and only 2 check out lines which go all the way through produce into the dairy area. What a joke! Cashier very unfriendly. Simply asked if they had a separate meat store in the strip (which I missed on my way in because of where I parked) and all she could do was point. Not worth another trip. Take some pointers from Westborn Market on friendliness and service.

I had a really bad experience from this store! Unprofessional and customer service just bad! I spoke to a manager before driving 2 hrs to return something at 7:44 pm. And his exact words was to bring everything back to the store for as long as you bring the receipt with products having price tag and never been opened WE WILL GIVE YOU A REFUND BY ANY MEANS. So I drove 2 hours away and when I got there a manger refused and handled everything so unprofessional! I will never ever go back and give this store any business!
This is one of the jewels of metro Detroit! Great deli with hot and cold meals ready to go, very high quality produce in a very clean and tidy environment! You can't do better than Joe's for your grocery needs!
