Mario was out to our place within 3 hours after I called and the whole water heater was done and replaced with 5 hours from when I noticed the problem. Technician is a lovely bloke, friendly and professional, very fair prices, you'll struggle to find a better service, hes fixed a leak in my bath in a jiffy, plus installed a lovely new outside tap no bother, clean and tidy and nice to chat to :) we will be getting our kitchen done next year and will be going back highly recommended
