This is the first service we had on our units after buying the house a year ago. Joe’s Plumbing & Heating= sent a heating specialist to service the furnace and a plumber to do a free inspection with the service contract we signed. Both technicians were great to work with. The plumber found a problem with the hot water heater and repaired it. While he was here we decided to have to RO filters all changed and he was able to do that too. Both personable, professional and easy to work with. We'll use them again.
Justin was on time, friendly and professional. He answered all my questions thoroughly, explained the installation process and provided me with tips/info on water heater maintenance and longevity. Justin was as an absolute rock star!! Very happy with his services! I would definitely recommend Joe’s Plumbing & Heating to family and friends. Thanks guys. ♥♥
They provided an estimate on the phone and were able to come out same day to replace my water heater. Dan V showed up on time, was friendly, and worked efficiently.
I called Joe’s Plumbing & Heating based completely on online reviews. Our water heater needed to be replaced immediately and I dreaded the process.
