On the day that I underwent surgery, our water heater failed. My wife contacted Joe's Plumbing & Heating to replace the unit located in the attic. The space is extremely confined, and the initial installer was simply too large to finish the task. The office dispatched PeniB, who was diminutive and could fit into the space, in response to his call. He did an excellent job with the installation. This company will always be our first choice when we require a new water heater. Thank you so much, Joe's Plumbing and Heating!
Within minutes of Tony's arrival, everything was taken care of, and the City Inspector signed off, praising the installation and stating he had never seen such attention to detail. Paul, the owner (pleasant man), provided a backdrop of the company and described my options with a ballpark estimate that sounded reasonable. The new water heater that Loni installed for us works well. We have a basement, and he brought the new one down the stairs and the old one back up. He was prompt, efficient, and kind as he addressed my enquiries and got the work done.
