I live on a private road of 34 homes. We are all responsible for the maintence of the road and we contacted Juan of Joe's Paving for a repair estimate. He picked up the phone when we called, came out quickly for a detailed Phase 1 and Phase 2 repair and was beyond professional and listened exactly what we needed. This was just a small section but the employees were on time, clean, respectful and everthing we wanted was completed. Joe’s Paving paved and sealed our 1/3 mile long dirt road that connects 6 homes. This project required prepping/grading the dirt road and applying 3”+ of asphalt on the curvy, hilly road. The finished product was smooth, consistent, and exceeded expectations with added berms. The paving work was done in 1 day with minimal disruption for access to our homes. If i could give negative stars i would. They have been repaving the road for the past 2 days and have blocked the front of MANY houses driveways with absolutely NO NOTICE! No consideration for the people who couldnt leave their houses when needed to. Literally a WHOLE trench down the entire road pretty much so we couldnt leave until they filled it, which took all day. Unless you like bad results and poor communication, beware. Driveway reseal Crew was great. Sealer was not. Dew from trees made it dissolve immediately. First light rain took almost all new sealer off. We've had reseals for years and know what to expect. Their own guy Brent came out and said it wasn't right. Sent a crew out to fix it while I was out of town (didn't listen), then after 3 months of getting jerked around and another inspection they said it was normal and the crew wouldn't return. Joe’s Paving did an excellent job sealing my driveway. They were on time, honest, professional, and detail-oriented. The finish looks smooth and even, and they gave great tips for maintenance. Highly recommend!
