Today I revisited joes pizza and you can tell the owner genuinely cared about me as a customer. He knew I left a negative review in the past so today he made sure I had a better experience. The pizza was hot, the place was CLEAN and the customer service was TOP TIER.

Timmy is always incredibly kind, greets everyone with a genuine smile, and is especially sweet to our kids, making them feel welcome every time.
