The customer service, work quality, and the condition in which my car was returned were appalling, rendering it unfit for driving. Joe is a very uneducated, inconsiderate, self absorbed business owner that is not to be trusted!! His personal and business ethics are very immature, unprofessional, Joe is combative, this guy has no emotional intelligence control and should never ever be trusted with helping anyone… Joes customer service and knowledge of automobiles is comparable to a high school kid that lives with his mommy.
