I was traveling on an old bike and had issues with the regulator. Man, do they go out of their way to help the traveler! I really cannot recommend this place enough. Knowledgeable, curtious, helpful! Wish they were located closer to me.
These guys did me really wrong. I was on a road trip with my father in law and got a flat back tire. Brought the bike into Joes the next day and they put a new back tire and a new front tire on due to the low tread life of the front. Long story short they used the cheapest Chinese valve stems available and botches the install of my tires. The bike road a little weird the next day but because I'm a fairly new rider I didn't know that my tires were slowly losing air due to cracked valve stems.
