This business is straight up incredible! A gentlemen in Taylor, AL had my boat for over two months and all I got was excuse after excuse for a known issue (lower unit had to be replaced). In frustration, I finally picked up my boat and brought it to Joe's on Wednesday (26June2019)...right at closing. They called me the next day and informed me what parts would be needed and provided me a quote. I picked up my boat less than a week later (3July2019) with all work completed.
